has an outstanding opportunity for an Internet Sales Manager to join the Holman family here in South Jersey! 

 

Job Description:

The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for the performance and results of the Internet Sales department.  As such, the manager controls a major share of dealership income and strongly influence market penetration, representation and the quality of customer relations.

  • Build, train, motivate and maintain a quality sales organization
  • Assist in the hiring of quality sales consultants and provide in-depth initial training
  • Hold training session on a routine basis to review and reinforce appropriate portions of the dealership selling system, product knowledge and professional behavior
  • Have thorough knowledge of all used vehicle inventory, policy and sales procedures
  • Control and manage daily sales activities and ensure that all ups are recorded on the traffic control sheet
  • Develop and maintain market information
  • Maintain and promote customer and owner relations
  • Develop and maintain policies that promote internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and control appraisal procedures for sales consultants

Qualification Criteria:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
  • Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in management and sales
  • Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items at once
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
