ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Manager, Account Executives based in our Mississauga Location.

 

What will you do?

  • Support the ARI Sales Team with client and prospect meetings as required
  • Train and develop the team staff to foster employee growth and opportunity
  • Engage employees on a regular basis to provide guidance and performance feedback
  • Complete annual performance reviews for assigned employees
  • Monitor and manage the assignment of clients to the Account Executives.
  • Oversee the compliance to key Account Executive functions
  • Manage the compliance and reporting of departmental Partners in Excellence (PIE) goals
  • Oversee the quality, delivery and enhancements of the Strategic Partnership Review
  • Support the ARI Sales Team with client and prospect meetings as required
  • Engage with clients as the point of escalation for feedback and issues
  • Attend and participate in corporate and industry sponsored events

 

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Supervisory/management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
