Holman Infiniti, has an exciting opportunity for a Product Specialist / Customer Experience Specialist to join the team. This is a multi-faceted position, focusing on front line guest contact for the dealership, training customers on product purchases, tending to guest areas and amenities for the dealership. The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for shaping the customer experience at the dealership and tasked with providingexclusive, satisfaction-oriented support for Infiniti customers by actively anticipating needs and delivering high-quality “money can’t buy” interactions. It will entail greeting guests as they enter the service drive, answering basic inquiries, and connecting the guest with the appropriate party in accordance with dealership policies. The employee is responsible for assisting service management with information, forms, reports, and or documentation related to customer relations.
