ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Cash Specialist to collect and apply funds from our manufacturers.


What will you do?


Manufacturer Receivables Related:


  • Collects open receivables from manufacturers.
  • Researches the nature of the open obligation and eligibility guidelines.
  • Contacts manufacturers for fund status.
  • Applies funds received from manufacturers.
  • Assists with preparation of annual Incentive Manual
  • Prepares Aged Credit analysis and annual entry


Cash Application Related:

  • To review Cash Application exceptions for appropriate resolution

  • To monitor Cash Application metrics

  • To prepare all Cash Application reporting and sub reconciliations

  • To back up all Cash Application related job functions

  • To identify streamlining opportunities for manual processes


What are we looking for?


  • Must have excellent computer skills and the ability to use assigned manufacturers Web sites.
  • Must have ability to navigate through Banking partner websites for cash related research
  • Knowledge of Infinium Accounting System, FleetTrak, VI Client and GDT System required.
  • Must have intermediate skill in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Business Objects.
  • Must be customer service oriented and have the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to both external customers and internal departments.
  • Must have moderate understanding of accounting principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
