Job Purpose:  Performs financial analysis, prepares forecasting and analytical models for multiple business lines, and assists special projects.


Essential Functions:


  • Prepares Long Range Plan, Annual Budget, and Forecast for income and overhead lines.
  • Performs various other analytical tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Prepares deliverables used to present financial results to Senior Management.
  • Assists in the creation of analytical tools for project or ongoing use.
  • Research and review details of KPIs and Metrics for the business to identify new opportunities or products.
  • Compiles and generates ad-hoc analytical reports.


Knowledge and Skill:


  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of three years in accounting or finance related position.
  • Must have experience working with budgets, financial statements, and financial analyses.
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and be proficient in other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must have strong analytical ability in order to analyze budget variances.
  • Must be proficient in time management in order to meet assigned deadlines.
  • Must be a team player and able to work in a group setting.
  • Strongly prefer working knowledge of Business Objects.
