Job Purpose:          

The HR Operations Administrator will provide systems, analytical, and general HR Operations support to the HR team and employees across all Holman operating companies.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Provides front line customer service to employees globally to assist with all HR questions via e-mail, phone and on-site visitations

  • Responsible for maintaining employee records and accurate employee data management

  • Ensures seamless transition of employee data from systems to file management for onboarding process

  • Updates, maintains and manages employee data in HRIS (Workday); audits data and ensures accuracy

  • Ensures 100% compliance with internal and external audits

  • Monitors employee portal mailbox. Troubleshoots and responds to inquiries.

  • Creates reports for business users, including aggregating reports for dashboards and using reports to provide business solutions

  • Provides support for HR Operations projects including taking ownership of small project components

  • Assists HR Operations leadership team with other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all level of employees, candidates and vendors.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suites.

  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with an interest in Human Resources

  • Ability to travel periodically
