Lauderdale Imports LTD has an outstanding opportunity for an Event Marketing/Sales Coordinator to join the Holman family.

 

What will you do?

Serves as a liaison between the dealership and its customers and represents the dealership at various public relations events.  You must be a self-motivated professional who is able to work under pressure, be independent and adapt to changing priorities and demands while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Work in all aspects of CRM (Customer Relations Management) including hobbies, interests and overseeing CRM deployments
  • Co-ordinate all event marketing
  • Co-ordinate all dealer efforts related to agency, co-ordinate all marketing efforts with central marketing group and service marketing activities with DPS
  • Understand all manufacturer retail co-op programs (Sales and Service in the Automotive industry)
  • Plan and co-ordinate all relationship marketing functions
  • Work with service and parts managers as it relates to service marketing
  • Check our website on a daily basis to make sure all cars have pictures taken, and descriptions are completed.
  • Learn all the tasks related to sales administration, including clerical duties and customer service interfacing

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday
  • Must speak and communicate in a professional manner and present a professional appearance
  • Ability to work well with clients - always being courteous, proactive and upbeat
  • Must represent the company in a professional manner and project a positive company image.
  • Must have a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and other Office Products
