ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Support Service Administrator (Salesforce Admin) in our Mount Laurel, NJ office to support Sales efforts as they relate to building/retaining ARI’s Global customer base through industry research and analysis. Supports all current and future duties related to Sales facing systems, including identifying and implementing enhancements, administration, reporting and training.

 

What will you do?

  • Coordinates industry research to support lead development
  • Ensures all research and telemarketing activities, as well as sales inquiries, are properly logged into Salesforce.com
  • Supports the administration of several Sales systems; provides internal training; identifies and implements further uses within or supplemental to those systems
  • Analyzes Sales territories and realigns customers/prospects for sales directors and/or sales offices as needed
  • Uses Salesforce.com to research and compile references, client lists and other information required for RFPs and other sales-related purposes
  • Assists with format and distribution of Sales and Marketing Communication announcements including press releases, “push” messages, invitations, surveys, etc. when there is a need to leverage Salesforce.com.
  • Aids our Strategic Consulting and other Sales Support areas in the proper utilization of current and prospective Sales applications
  • Attends and supports corporate and Sales meetings/events as needed

What are we looking for?

  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have intermediate skills in HTML, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint and Visio
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure is required
  • Salesforce.com Admin Certifications required
  • Professional business writing experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
