As the Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting top tiered talent worldwide for select positions up to, and including, key leadership roles when necessary.  Essential functions include:

  • Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance a recruiting strategy to create a pipeline of Best in Class candidates for high level roles across multiple ARI locations.
  • Utilize appropriate technology, such as social media and job boards, to source candidate pools.
  • Create a favorable candidate experience through hiring pipeline; sourcing, interviewing, coordinating selection with hiring management, through to onboarding.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, while getting a feel for the atmosphere of each department to ensure a smooth recruiting process and cultural fit.
  • Deliver quality customer service to include regular/timely position updates and scheduled reports to hiring managers and follow-up with all candidates, including candidates not selected, accordingly throughout the interview process.
  • Manage the interview process, including; interviewing candidates, administering assessments, recommending qualified candidates, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, coordinating travel when necessary, providing feedback for both parties, and extending offers.

A successful candidate must be a self-starter and highly motivated with a strong service orientation and follow-up skills.  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are also a must. 

 

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree.  A Master’s degree in HR or related field is strongly preferred.  Advanced understanding of recruiting methodology, including but not limited to online sourcing, social media, recruiting events, liaising with recruiting agencies and print ads is also required.  Understanding of US and global employment law practices is a plus.
