Title:                     Market Sale Administrator

Department:      Vehicle Remarketing

Reports to:         Supervisor – Remarketing Administration


 Job Purpose:      Responsible to assure the timely pickup of available units and control the administrative flow of completed remarketing channel sales within an assigned region. Assist the Remarketer with the relationship management of all channel outlets within the region



  • Enters consigned vehicle pick-up requests
  • Assists in maintaining the relationship with remarketing channels within assigned region
  • Monitors reports for outstanding pick-ups and for received sales funds
  • Responsible for managing the payment for units sold within their assigned region
  • Reviews cash basket daily and processes market sales
  • Prints the invoices from Auto IMS on all units sold in the Virtual Market from one of their assigned SDO’s
  • Provides assistance to clients and vendors
  • Handles checklists and completes monthly inventory reports
  • Handles ARI BuyDirect inventory flow
  • Makes proper return vehicle damage decisions
  • Coordinates pickups with outside transportation companies


Knowledge and Skill:

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to clients and outside vendors
  • Detail oriented
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Must be customer service focused
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required
  • Automotive industry knowledge is helpful
