FLEET OPERATIONS LEADER

As a member of our global customer service network you will contribute to a positive work environment through recognition and supportive relationships; provide feedback to management, provide excellent customer service, ensure that policies are adhered to, and implement improvement initiatives.
To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2-5 years of customer service experience including 1-2 years within a supervisory role. This position requires strong training, team facilitation, decision making, negotiation, time management, organization, communication and PC skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook proficiency.
