Required Skills

  • Proven ability to train, coach and support customer service teams including ASE Certified Service Technicians
  • The ability to create a supportive work environment, improve team performance, thrive under pressure, and communicate effectively to professionals on all levels
  • Contribute to the Company’s recruitment, training, and human resource development programs
  • Be a multi-tasking performer and adaptable to change
  • Call center management and fleet management experience is a plus


To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2-5 years of customer service experience including 1-2 years within a supervisory role. This position requires strong training, team facilitation, decision making, negotiation, time management, organization, communication and PC skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook proficiency.
