ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Stocks Procurement Coordinator in our Mount Laurel, NJ office to support the process and procure vehicles from dealer out of stock inventory.

What will you do?

• Locates and secures vehicles out of existing dealership inventory.
• Negotiates pricing and incentives with dealerships.
• Works closely with manufacturers for fleet related pricing issues.
• Interface with internal and external customers.
• Calculate correct pricing based on fleet or retail pricing.
• Document all communication and supporting files related to stock requests via ARI stock purchase system.
• Respond and follow up to queries received in FleetTrak system in a timely manner.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent computer skills required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Prioritize and multitask.
• Knowledge of domestic and foreign vehicle makes and models a plus.
• Dealership experience and knowledge of ARI systems a plus.
• College degree preferred.
