    ARI has an outstanding temporary, full time opportunity for a Registration Renewal Administrator in our Mount Laurel, NJ office to handle all day to day billing related functions in support of assigned an assigned region.


    Job Purpose: This position works directly with State Division of Motor Vehicle Offices and Licensing Agencies, coordinating the processing of annual registration renewals and special licensing requests.  In addition, this position has direct contact with our Client’s Fleet Administrators, Drivers, Client Services and Fleet Administration Departments.


    Essential Functions:

    • Primary function is coordinating and processing 50 state Registration Renewals for our clients
    • Research Licensing requirements
    • Extensive contact with internal and external clients to expedite licensing.
    • Working directly with the Client to gather all necessary items for the registration renewals and replacement credentials.
    • This position is also responsible to ensure all of the required state documentation and inspections are included with licensing paperwork; a critical responsibility as all work is time sensitive.
    • Direct contact with State and DMV Agencies.
    • Enters client data into ARI internal systems.

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Prioritization of assigned tasks to meet deadlines
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while meeting required deadlines
    • Knowledge of DMV regulations helpful but not necessary
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • DMV experience and knowledge of ARI systems helpful
